At Meem Mall, we are dedicated to bringing you a premium "Everyday Everything" shopping experience. By utilizing a network of local fulfillment centers across the UAE, we ensure your orders are processed with care and delivered with industry-leading speed.
1. Delivery Timelines
Because our inventory is managed locally within the United Arab Emirates, we offer significantly faster shipping than international retailers.

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, & Sharjah: 1–2 Business Days.

Other Emirates (Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah): 2–3 Business Days.

GCC Countries (KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain): 3–5 Business Days.
Note: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) are processed the same day. Orders placed on Fridays or Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates
We aim to keep our shipping transparent and affordable:

Standard Delivery (UAE-wide): Flat rate of 18 AED.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 250 AED.

GCC Shipping: Flat rate of 35 AED for delivery to other Gulf countries.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
To provide maximum convenience, we proudly offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE.

COD Convenience Fee: A small handling fee of 10 AED applies to all COD orders to cover secure payment processing by our courier partners.

Order Verification: For your security, all COD orders undergo a quick verification process. You may receive an automated WhatsApp message or a brief phone call to confirm your delivery address before the item is dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can track your "Meem Mall" order in real-time through our dedicated tracking page or directly via the courier partner's portal.
5. Delivery Process
Our professional courier team will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they will contact you to reschedule for a more convenient time. Please ensure your mobile number is active and correct at checkout to avoid any delays.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact our support team at support@meemmall.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
